Now grab your luggage and get ready for the NAIA runway to try to look for a family member or friend waiting for you in the organized chaos.

Now that you’ve gotten through the immigration lines it’s time to get your luggage. 

You have 3 options to get your luggage to the passenger pick up area.

1.  Small cart :  Fits 2 balikbayan boxes - Free

2.  Medium Cart : Fits 4 - 6 balikbayan boxes - Payment to tip helper (100-300 pesos)

3.  Large Cart : Fits 6 - 8 balikbayan boxes - Payment to tip helper (100-300 pesos)

Be patient at the immigration lines you’ll be here for at least a half hour to an hour…

Now that you’ve made it through the 9 - 10 hour flight and then another 3 - 4 flight to reach Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport it’s time to buy some chocolates at the Duty Free for Pasalubong for friends and family once you arrive.

Balikbayan boxes ready to be checked in at the Departure Terminal.  If you want to skip the long lines you can check your balikbayan boxes with the Sky Caps right when you get to the airport.  A $10 - $20 tip is appreciated especially when you have more than 2 - 4 boxes. Make sure you have your itinerary and passport ready.
